Some fun books I encountered this week:

• Earl A. Coddington’s “An Introduction to Ordinary Differential Equations”
• Larry Niven’s “Ringworld”
• Gerry Sussman’s and Jack Wisdom’s “Functional Differential Geometry”

Also, I (finally!) managed to send off two queued-up patches to:

• add db_sync to the Haskell BerkeleyDB bindings and to
• update the Haskell protocol buffers library to build with ghc-7.4.
